Having low self-confidence can interfere with healthy relationships in your personal life, as well as prevent you from having a satisfying work experience and progressing professionally. Learn to understand the basis of your confidence. Then work on personal mastery of confidence-building techniques and tools, such as addressing people assertively, positive self-talk, learning to say no, confronting your fears and stretching your comfort zones.
